Code of conduct

Be respectful, specific, and evidence-led. Discuss the change, its tradeoffs, and its tests rather than the person proposing it.

Expected behavior includes constructive review, clear technical disagreement, respect for different experience levels, and responsible handling of private reports. Harassment, discriminatory language, threats, sustained personal attacks, doxxing, and publication of private security material are not acceptable.

Report conduct concerns privately to a maintainer through the repository owner’s profile. Do not force a reporter to discuss sensitive conduct in a public issue. Maintainers may edit or remove content, close discussions, limit participation, or block accounts. Anyone directly involved in a report should recuse themselves from its enforcement decision where practical.
